Project Management
TIS Manufacturing welcomes the opportunity to provide services for all types of projects within their capability.
The company is very much project orientated and has designed an infrastructure to manage product quality and service reliability throughout each process from concept to delivery.
The organization will initially assign a single point of contact to lead and facilitate the client's requirements for each project.
All project members involved with a client project will be assisted by our Group QHSE Manager and document control department to ensure client requirements have been fully understood and met.
Upon a client enquiry the lead contact will hold a documented contract review to determine whether TIS Manufacturing has the capability, capacity and delivery ability to meet the client's requirements.
At this stage any technical enquiries or negative impacts identified during the review will be returned to the client for further clarification or consideration.
Upon a successful review and client order confirmation TIS Manufacturing's client lead will enter the client order into the TIS Integrated Information System (IIS) where the following project team members will become further involved :
