This position will be based at Kirkhill Place and is primarily concerned with preparation of customer traceability documentation packages, although other administration duties that affect the company's QHSE Management systems will also be a direct responsibility of the successfull candidate.
This position will report directly to the QA Manager.
Job will include:
To prepare customer traceability documentation packages to the satisfaction of the end client.
To update and control QHSE procedures, non-conformance records and quality documents.
Corordinate and update facilities training database.
Attend Quality meetings and have a QHSE relevance as defined by QA Manager.
To Assist QHSE personnel with internal Audits.
To receive and check workshop process sheets, prior to compiling a documentation pack.
Assist with preparations for the facilities certifying body, surveillance audit program.
To give assistance where possible to other members of the QHSE Department.
