TIS Intervention Wellhead Control Units have mainframes manufactured from robust stainless steel box section. They are equipped with four point lift and forklift pockets. Hinged doors are fitted all round the unit for protection and ease of internal access. The control panels are also made from stainless steel and have colour-fill engraving clearly depicting all operating functions. The units are supplied with wet centre hosereels. These reels are fitted with a unique modular hand wind recovery system allowing for smooth, effortless rewinding of the hoses. To maintain cleanliness of the system, hand pumps are provided for filling the reservoirs. All fluid from the hand pumps pass through the tank top filters to prevent contamination entering the systems. High quality, low maintenance, air hydro pumps are used throughout the range.
